By accessing, browsing, or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Peru, including but not limited to the Political Constitution, the Civil Code, and specific consumer protection statutes. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services.

3. Services and Booking Process
3.1. Service Description: GoLife acts as an intermediary between the Customer and various service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). The information about destinations, services, prices, and availability published on the Website is provided for informational purposes and is subject to change without notice until a Booking is confirmed.
3.2. Formation of Contract: A Booking is formed only when:
a) The Customer completes the required booking form and accepts these Terms and the specific conditions of the service.
b) GoLife sends a written confirmation of the Booking, along with a detailed invoice.
c) The Customer makes the required payment, as specified in the confirmation.
3.3. Legal Framework: All contracts for Services are governed by Peruvian law, primarily the Civil Code (Decree Law 295) regarding obligations and contracts, and the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 716) for consumer rights.
4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
4.1. You agree to use the Website and Services lawfully and in good faith.
4.2. You warrant that all information you provide (including for Bookings) is accurate, truthful, and complete.
4.3. You agree not to:
a) Use the Website for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
b) Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website.
c) Use automated systems to extract data from the Website without our express written permission.
d) Infringe on the intellectual property rights of GoLife or third parties.
5. Prices, Payments, and Invoicing
5.1. All prices are listed in Peruvian Soles (PEN) or US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes as required by Peruvian tax law (IGV - Impuesto General a las Ventas), unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Payment methods and schedules (e.g., deposit and final payment deadlines) will be clearly specified during the booking process and in the confirmation.
5.3. GoLife will issue a formal electronic invoice ("comprobante de pago electrónico") for all confirmed Bookings, in compliance with Peruvian Sunat regulations.
6. Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds
6.1. Customer-Requested Changes: Requests to modify or cancel a Booking must be submitted in writing. Applicable penalties will depend on the policies of the specific service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and are detailed in the service conditions. Administrative fees may apply.
6.2. Provider-Initiated Changes: GoLife is not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will act in good faith to assist Customers in finding alternative arrangements.
6.3. Refund Policy: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms of the Booking and the policies of the service providers, subject to any non-refundable administrative costs.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Peruvian law, GoLife's liability for direct damages arising from its demonstrable negligence in the intermediation of Services shall be limited to the total value of the Booking in question.
7.2. GoLife shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or cost arising from events beyond its direct control, including but not limited to acts of government, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or failures of third-party providers.
7.3. These limitations are without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers under the Peruvian Consumer Protection Code.
8. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GoLife or its licensors and is protected by Peruvian intellectual property law (Legislative Decree 822, Copyright Law) and international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection and use of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process data in strict compliance with Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulations.
10. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to external sites operated by service providers or partners. GoLife is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party websites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
11. Modifications to the Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms and any dispute arising from them or related Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru.
12.2. The parties agree to seek an amicable resolution to any dispute. If this is not possible, the Customer may file a complaint with the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) in accordance with consumer protection procedures.
12.3. For matters not subject to INDECOPI's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arequipa, Peru.
